So where to start with Mr Jeffrey A Bowe?
According to Mr Bowe he's been interested in Tibet since either 1987 or 1988 depending on which of his numerous blogs / forum postings that you read. Curious that someone who regards himself as a credible expert and researcher doesn't know the date himself but, as we will be demonstrating, Mr Bowe's research techniques do leave something to be desired. It has become clear recently that he can't even use an Internet search engine with any degree of competence so one must question all of his research.
Apparently the epiphany that led to his rather curious views on Tibet came about in 1989.

It was that moment which decided for me that my time, effort and support for Tbetans inside Tibet would be best served elsewhere."

As an example of his views on Tibet.

Last time I met Jamyang was 2000 in Washington DC at the Tibetan festival on the Mall. I remember a large tent in which a Tibetan ‘nun’ was singing her latest ‘release’, a saccharine version of ‘om mani padme hum’ sung over and over in trance inducing monotone. The audience lapped it up and reached for their dollars to invest in another Disney version of Tibetan culture."

So Mr Bowe is apparently supporting Tibetans while at the same time attacking them; a somewhat peculiar stance.

Using the Bowe method I have placed this on other blogs as well. I must stress that I am not a vindictive person but am incandscent with rage over his treatment of vunerable peoples.
Bowe your silence would suggest that as you have never bothered to answer the questions that have been asked of you by many people both on UK Sceptics and the Rick Ross Forum, by your own lack of dialogue and absolute refusal to discuss your relationship with Hansard, it can only be concluded that you were, as many people were before, in league with him at some time.
Your well documented practice of being 'economical with the truth' brings many to the conclusion that you are both a fantasist and fundamentally a liar.
It has been noticed in several areas that you are referred to as 'Flying Saucer Man'. People have come across your referenced articles concerning Flying Saucers, Tibet and Nazi interest in alien technology. All they have to do is put those three words into a search engine and they will find thousands of others just like you.
As for disgraceful treatment of Tibetan refugees, which is also a matter of public court record, you should be ashamed of yourself Mr Bowe. Pretending to be an expert witness, then not bothering to attend the hearing, leaving the refugees to the mercy of the court. They were very lucky that the court, which branded you as a charlatan, took pity on them. Your actions have done more to support the Chinese cause than any other I have come across.

I note with considerable interest that the comments placed upon 'A Critical Enquiry of 'Padma Gonpo Rinpoche' by myself and others have been removed by Mr Bowe. Once again this blatant manipulation of the truth stretches Mr Bowes credibility of being 'just an honest journalist' to the point of failure and beyond.
Rather than address the issues concerning his public lies he manipulates the blog to make it seem that posters have never questioned his veracity or sought to defend themselves concerning his false claims.
Shame on you Jeff-the-troll-of-a-coast-town. Your bottom feeding credentials are growing by the hour!
Once again I find myself forced to place a posting concerning the activities of Mr Geoffrey Bowe, Mr Bowe as you will be aware is known by numerous pseudonyms one of which is Jeff-the-troll-of-a-coast-town.
Mr Bowe systematically has been editing his various blog sites and preventing those who disagree with him, especially those active within the Tibetan community, from posting more considered and more accurate summaries of the situations at hand. Such is the fundamentally dishonest nature of Mr Bowe that even when he has been proven emphatically wrong he will not take down inflammatory material or scandalous posting.
Given that Mr Bowe has removed all of his e-mail address is, changed his telephone number and isolated himself from the world those of us who are involved actively with helping the Tibetan people find ourselves at a loss, how do you deal with a man who lies, is proven to lie, yet will not admit it, face it or remove those lies from public scrutiny? The answer in the end is simple we keep posting more and more information on the Internet until Bowe sees fit to go back to his original pursuit of chasing flying saucers.

As the admin for this blog I feel I should clarify our position.
These blogs were set up in response to Mr Bowe's untrue allegations with regard to Tibetan Way and various other people. It is our intention to demonstrate Mr Bowe's disgusting behaviour and also to allow him to experience the effects of his own methods of vilifying people.
Mr Bowe's modus operandi in his numerous blogs is to make outrageous claims and then demand that his victims prove those allegations to be untrue. On that basis it is not for Rupert to prove anything. Rather it is for Mr Bowe to disprove the allegations. Irrespective of the validity of Rupert's statements we hope that these blogs will allow Mr Bowe the opportunity to understand the error of his ways.
At least we do not use Mr Bowe's method of blocking any comments and therefore any responses to his allegations. Should Mr Bowe wish to comment here using his own name then we will be more than happy to engage in debate with him.
Unlike Mr Bowe we do respect free speech.
